Cancellations & No Show Policy
To secure an appointment, a credit card is required to be on file.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before an appointment will not incur any fees.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to adjust your scheduled service or your entire appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you and will discuss options at that time of check-in.
Service Guarantee
Should a service fall short of your expectation, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. While we do not offer monetary refunds on services, we will work with you to create a look you enjoy. Service redo’s are with the original operator.
Product Refunds
All hair extensions and retail sales are final.
Pricing
St. Paul Salon reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification. This is to ensure that the maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask our Guest Service Representative when you book your appointment.
A 3% merchant fee will be added to all credit card transaction. Guest may avoid this fee by paying in cash or with a debit card!
Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients.
Select services are not available for booking online. Please contact the salon at 651-690-5491. To secure your appointment, we will request a credit card. Your may also pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, check or credit card.
